Day One
My alarm went off at 5:15 am and I was exhausted. I didn’t want to get out of bed, but knew I was going to be in Chicago hours later! So I got up (eventually) finished packing took a shower and left for Hillcrest! When I got there the bus wasn’t there! So we waited about ten minutes, and the bus still was not there. Coach finally decided to call our bus driver Eli. Eli said he was caught in an accident. Coach immediately thought of the bus (I have proof on camera). But it turned out Eli was just stuck in traffic. Moments later Eli and the bus arrived! We loaded up and were off! I tried to sleep a little on the bus but others with too much caffeine kept me from doing much of that! So I decided to start editing what Chase and I had shot the day before. So far we have all our clips on the timeline and just stopped for lunch in Springfield Illinois. From here we’re going straight to CHICAGO!!! I cant wait to go downtown and see all the cool shops, stores, restaurants, and everything else! Stttttay toooooned til tomorrow!
